Her kap satırının ardına o satırın kilosunu yazabilirsiniz.
- Teslim şekli (Incoterm) yazabilirsiniz: FOB, CIF, DDP, EXW…

What does the assistant do?
It helps with four things. Pick from the menu or just type; it understands English and Turkish.
1. How to ask for a quote
Two things in one message are enough: the route (from where to where) and the cargo. The assistant asks if anything is missing.
How to write the cargo
- Groupage cargo: weight (kg or tons) and volume (cbm or m3), or piece dimensions length*width*height and the number of pieces.
- Containers: quantity and type — 20DC, 40DC, 40HC, reefer, flat rack, open top. E.g. 2x40HC.
- For cargo that cannot be stacked write non-stackable; the quote is calculated accordingly.
- For packages that may only be stacked on each other write self-stackable; packages are stacked up to 268 cm and each stack is counted separately (e.g. 6 pallets of 100 cm → 3 stacks).
- Number and type of packages (pallets, cartons, drums, crates, rolls, bags) are passed on to the groupage quote. A quote based only on volume and weight is produced from that information; non-standard dimensions may incur extra costs, and this note is attached to the quote.
- Write the units: 500 kg, 2 cbm, 3 pallets. Volume may be written as cbm, m3 or m³; weight as kg, kgs or tons (0.5 tons = 500 kg). Dimensions are taken as cm; say so if they are mm or inches.
- Incoterms may be written: FOB, CIF, DDP, EXW… Our prices are on a C&F (CFR) basis for exports and an FOB basis for imports; a different request is noted on the quote and shown in the summary. In a term + place notation such as EXW Foshan, FOB Ningbo or CIF Mersin, the place is the named point of that term: origin for EXW / FCA / FOB, destination for CFR / CIF / DAP / DDP; the other end is your company's city.
- A single foreign place (Foshan 14 cbm 3.2 tons) means the other end is your company's city; if the direction is not clear, the assistant asks Is Foshan the origin or the destination? before quoting, with two buttons (Import from Foshan / Export to Foshan). Typing import, export, origin or destination also works.
- Your own premises: loading from our warehouse, ex our factory, delivered to our warehouse set the pickup or delivery place to your company's registered city and add pre-/on-carriage; name the place if it differs.
- Dangerous goods classification: spray, aerosol or perfume are treated as dangerous goods; a plain non-hazardous does not change that. A classification statement such as non-hazardous as per IMDG/MSDS or not classified as dangerous goods makes it general cargo. If you write stackable, the automatic non-stackable rule from dimensions is not applied.
- Non-standard cargo (IMO / dangerous goods, reefer, perishable, transit) still gets a price; the quote is valid for general cargo only and the assistant says so. Three options are offered: Yes, create the quote, Only create a request (our team assesses it) or No.
- Height on its own line is fine: 80x120 and below it height 70 cm. If you write euro pallet and only the height, the base is taken as 80x120.
- Labelled dimensions are read too: Height: 45 in × Width: 63 in × Length: 94 in (any order; H / W / L abbreviations work). You may add each package line's weight after it.
- Gross and net weight: if both are given, the quote uses the gross weight.
- Company name and full address are welcome: the district in the address becomes the pickup point (pre-carriage); the full address and company name go into the quote as a note.
Labelled fields
You can also label each field. Put a colon after the label; one per line or all in one line. You may paste an e-mail quotation form as is: a label on one line and its value on the next line (without a colon) is understood too.
| Label | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Pickup · Loading place · Place of loading · Place of receipt · Collection address | Address where the cargo is collected (door); if no port of loading is given, the origin is derived from this place |
| Address | Full street address; the district becomes the door point, the whole address is noted on the quote |
| Delivery · Delivery place · Place of delivery · Unloading place · Final destination | Address where the cargo is delivered (door); if no port of discharge is given, the destination is derived from this place |
| POL · From · Origin · Loading · Loading port · Port of loading · Port of origin · Departure airport | Port / airport of loading |
| POD · To · Destination · Discharge · Discharge port · Port of discharge · Unloading port · Arrival airport | Port / airport of discharge |
| Mode | One of the transport modes below |
| Incoterm · Delivery terms | CFR, FOB, EXW etc.; added to the quote as a note |
| Commodity · Goods description | What the cargo is (e.g. curtains); shown in the summary as "commodity: curtains" and added to the quote as a note. Weapons, dangerous goods, food, pharma, batteries and similar classes get a "may need special handling" note. |
| Cargo ready date · Loading date | When the cargo is ready ("ready" is fine); added to the quote as a note |
| Dimensions · Packages · Gross weight | Cargo lines; dimensions and weight are read as usual |
When a sea groupage (LCL) price is given and your loading and destination ports match one of our open sailings, the earliest sailing available for your cargo is shown under the price (vessel, voyage, cargo receiving dates, loading place, customs cut-off) — no need to ask. If no sailing matches, this section is left out.
If the message also asks for a sailing schedule, the open sailings for the destination port are listed under the quote. For the schedule alone, name the destination: sailing schedule Tunis, next sailing to Colombo — the list comes without a follow-up question.
Transport modes
| Name | How to write it |
|---|---|
| LCL (Sea groupage) | LCL, sea groupage |
| FCL (Full container) | FCL, container or simply 2x40HC |
| Air | air, airfreight |
| LTL (Road groupage) | LTL, road groupage |
| FTL (Full truck) | FTL, full truck |
If you do not state a mode, the assistant suggests one based on the cargo or asks with buttons. Click a button or type its name.
Door pickup and delivery
If the cargo is collected from or delivered to an address, say so; pre- and on-carriage are added to the quote.
District/province: write it as in an address — Bayrampasa/Istanbul, Beylikduzu / Istanbul or Bayrampasa Istanbul; the district becomes the pickup (or delivery) point and the province's port (Istanbul → Ambarli) the origin (or destination). Order is free: Istanbul/Bayrampasa works too.
Write place names as fully as you can (city or port). If you only give a country, the assistant asks which port you mean.
Place names: two-word names and names shared by several countries
Two-word place names (Port Klang, Ho Chi Minh, Nhava Sheva) and names that exist in more than one country (Santos, Valencia, Portland, Newcastle) can occasionally be resolved wrongly. The easy way around it is to name the country:
- Write the city together with its country: to Valencia Spain, to Santos Brazil. The assistant searches within that country and picks the right record without asking.
- Or give the country first: write to Spain; the assistant asks "which port shall we use on the Spain side?", and you type the city or port name: Valencia.
- A state or province works too: in the US, Canada, Australia, India, Brazil, Germany and similar countries write to New Jersey or to Texas; the assistant asks "Which port in the state of Texas should we use? For example: Houston." and you name the port.
2. Operations, finance and sailings
- Operations: choose Operations from the menu or type your reference / B/L / booking number (at least 6 characters). If it is found in your records, that shipment's status is shown; otherwise the message is treated as a quote request. Questions like where is my cargo are understood too; a single word is not enough.
- Finance: choose Finance from the menu for invoices and balance.
- Sailings: ask e.g. any sailings to Jeddah?. Open sailings are listed; you can continue to a quote for the same destination.
This information is private to you; you need to sign in to see it (see 3).
3. Identity and sign-in
- Web chat: enter your registered e-mail at the top right and type the one-time code you receive.
- WhatsApp: writing from your registered phone number identifies you automatically; no extra sign-in.
- E-mail: you can also write to the assistant by e-mail; your identity is the address you send from, no sign-in. Details: e-mail guide.
Quotes and private information are provided to registered customer accounts. If you do not have an account, your request is forwarded to our team, who will contact you.
4. Tips
- Write in English or Turkish; the assistant picks the language itself. In web chat you can lock it with the TR / EN button at the top right.
- Type help to get a short summary and the link to this guide; you can continue where you left off.
- Reset clears the conversation and starts a new quote from scratch. Option buttons follow (Quote, Operations, Finance, Sailings); tap one or just type.
- To talk to a person, write please have an expert call me; a request is created for our team.
- If the assistant misunderstood something, just correct it: destination is Dammam, not Jeddah.
- Minor typos are understood; write numbers and units clearly.
- If a place name has two words or exists in several countries, add the country (to Santos Brazil); the assistant searches within that country. If you give only the country, it asks for the city.
5. Scope
For customs duties and regulations, insurance cover and premiums, document lists and payment terms the assistant refers you to our team. It does not answer questions outside logistics.
